Nxtstack documentation
Nxtstack is a set of tools for software that AI coding agents help write. It shows you where a repository stands, what to fix first, and whether each change after that holds up.
The tools
Section titled “The tools”| Tool | What it does | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Agent readiness | Reads a repository and reports what is in place, what is missing, and what to fix, in order. | Pilot, by invitation |
| Code review | Reviews every pull request and posts one comment per root cause. | Available |
| Autodoc | Writes documentation from the code itself. | In-code documentation is available. Generated repository documentation is in development. |
| Analytics | Tracks codebase health over time. | In development |
| Model routing | Writes model guidance into your agent instructions. | In development |
Where to start
Section titled “Where to start”- New here? Follow the Quickstart to run your first assessment.
- Want to know exactly what the assessment reads and what it never does? See How the assessment works.
- Looking at a result and not sure what a label means? See Reading your results.
Things to know before you begin
Section titled “Things to know before you begin”- The app is in a pilot. Sign-in at app.nxtstack.io is limited to invited GitHub accounts and email addresses.
- The assessment reads source. It does not run it. No code, script, installer, or test suite from your repository is executed.
- A good result is not a guarantee. The assessment reviews the source that was available when it ran and may miss issues.
- There is no public API yet. Everything is done through the web app.
